Xiong Lijun has exhibited internationally and is also an teacher at Sichuan Fine Arts Institute. Her work attracts a younger market (above right) Her work is about China, young people and consumerism.
Xioayan - Germany and now lives in the artist quarter and made his life here. His work is in collection in China and abroad and paints animated scenes of local people and life from Huang Jia Ping.
Yan Shu, International Artist, Art Director for Organ Space
He has major solo show in Australia and has played an important role influencing Chinese contemporary art from China.He is also professor at Sichuan Fine Arts Institute. He has set up an artist led Art Space and supports many young and emerging artists abroad.
His is abstract painter and expressive, using bold and colour brush marks and colour with some works influenced by the political situation and wars in the world. Very strking and impressive.
It was an inspiring visit.
